What the price includes
Every rental includes delivery, pickup, a 7 day rental window and 1 ton of disposal. If you go over the included ton it is $100 per ton, and extra days are $25 per day. Heavy fill like concrete, brick and dirt needs a dedicated container and starts at $145. We quote the total before delivery — there is no fuel surcharge and no environmental fee tacked on afterwards.

Driveway vs street placement
Driveways are the easiest option and cost you nothing extra. We put boards under the rails so the container never sits directly on asphalt or concrete, and we need roughly 60 feet of straight approach with nothing hanging low over the drop point — wires, branches and carport roofs are the usual problems.
If the container has to sit on the street, many local municipalities require a right-of-way or road-occupancy permit and some also want reflective markings overnight. Requirements differ town to town, so tell us the address up front and we will tell you which office to call and schedule the drop around your permit date.
Delivery windows: we give you a morning or afternoon window and call when the truck is on the way. Same-day or next-day delivery is usually available across our Philadelphia-area service area if you call before noon.

- A 15 yard holds about four to five pickup truck loads and suits a kitchen or bathroom gut, a garage cleanout or a small roof. A 20 yard holds six to eight loads and suits a whole-house cleanout, a larger roofing tear-off or a full basement.
- How much does a dumpster rental cost?
- A 15 yard is $525 and a 20 yard is $600. Both include a 7 day rental and 1 ton of disposal. Weight over the included ton is $100 per ton and extra days are $25 per day. Concrete and other heavy fill starts at $145.
- Can the dumpster sit in my driveway?
- Yes. We lay down boards under the rails to protect asphalt and concrete. We need roughly 60 feet of straight clearance and no low wires or branches over the drop point.
- What if I need it on the street?
- Street placement usually requires a right-of-way permit from your township, and rules differ town to town. Tell us where you want it and we will point you at the right office and time delivery around the permit.
- What can't go in the dumpster?
- No paint, solvents, oil, propane tanks, tires, batteries, appliances containing refrigerant, asbestos or medical waste. Mixed household and construction debris is fine.
- How fast can you deliver?
- Same-day or next-day delivery is common in Philadelphia and Bucks, Delaware and Montgomery counties if you call before noon. Availability depends on your address and route capacity.
