Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and any dumpster rental, demolition, junk removal, or renovation services booked through Davilla's Demolition, Dumpsters & Renovations LLC (“Davilla's,” “we,” “us”). By submitting a booking request, you agree to these Terms.

1. Quotes and estimates

Prices shown on this website are estimates and starting points. Final pricing depends on the actual scope, materials, access, dumpster size, rental length, disposal weight, and travel distance. We provide a firm quote by phone or email before work begins or a dumpster is delivered.

2. Booking and scheduling

A booking request is not a confirmed appointment. We contact you to confirm availability, scope, and pricing. Once a date and price are agreed upon, the booking is considered scheduled. We reserve the right to decline any job that is outside our service area, unsafe, or legally prohibited.

3. Service area

We are based in Merchantville, NJ, and primarily serve Camden, Gloucester, Burlington, and Atlantic counties. Jobs outside our standard service radius may require an additional travel fee, which we disclose before scheduling.

4. Dumpster rentals

The customer must provide a safe, accessible placement location on private property or obtain any required street permit. The dumpster may not be overloaded above the fill line. Prohibited items include hazardous materials, tires, batteries, paint, oil, asbestos, propane tanks, and medical waste. Additional fees apply for overweight loads, extended rentals, and prohibited items.

5. Demolition and renovations

Demolition and renovation work is performed under our New Jersey Home Improvement Contractor license (13VH13886000). The customer is responsible for ensuring access to the work site, removing personal valuables, and identifying any hidden hazards (e.g., asbestos, lead, underground utilities). We will stop work and notify the customer if hazardous or unexpected conditions are discovered.

6. Payment

Payment terms are agreed upon at scheduling. We accept credit cards, cash, Venmo, PayPal, Square, Apple Pay, and Zelle. Deposits may be required for larger projects. Balances are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Cancellations and rescheduling

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled dumpster delivery or demolition start may be subject to a cancellation or restocking fee. Rescheduling requests are accommodated when possible based on route availability.

8. Liability

Davilla's carries general liability insurance for the work we perform. We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, inaccurate customer information, or access issues beyond our control. Property owners must mark underground utilities and notify us of any known hazards.
